basketball court, bike paths, hike trails, Highland Golf Courses, Chapin Memorial Beach, etc. 
Near shopping/restaurant areas. 
Completely furnished 4 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms, Living Room, Dining Room, big kitchen with eating  
table, huge back deck with tent, hooked up gas grill connected to gas pipe of the house, outdoor  
table and  
chairs. 
House is fresh painted with hardwood floors and new carpets and two big picture windows in living  
and sitting areas.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 Master bedrooms with brand new queen size beds and mattresses. 
1 guest bedroom with two twin size beds. 
1 seating room with wood fireplace with two brand new futtons that convert to two full size beds. 
Furnished living and dining room with gas fireplace. 
Refrigerator, stove + dubble oven, microwave, toster, Foreman grill, coffeemaker, dishwasher,  
Cabled TV, DVD/VCR, stereo, washer/dryer machine in the laundry room, iron/ironing board, 2  
hairdryers, drive-in garage, driveway fits 3-4 cars, etc. 
Bring your own linens and towels. 
Outdoor shower.

Close to all the areas of activities and major towns like Hyannis, Yarmouth and Dennis.  
Near to the river zone of Bass River, where you can enjoy activities such as kayaking, boating, etc. 
Near Scenic Route 6A (Old King's Highway)with art and antiques, Bed and

Vacation Rental Rates

The rate is $800.00 - 1000.00 per week, for 6 people with 4  
bedrooms and two bathroom, during the peak summer time.  $100.00 cleaning fee.  $30.00/night guest- 
visitor fee. 
 
$250.00 security deposit refundable and will be return after the check out.
