route 66 has several shops, and is a beautiful scenic drive. If you  
want to take a hike, Meshomasic State Forest is minutes away. Public  
tennis courts are less than 2 miles away at Sears Park. The house is  
less than 1 mile away from from Shaw's, McDonald's, Rite Aid, Dunkin' Donuts,

Sept. 31 -- April 1st  ..  750.00/week 
Christmas-New Years...   1500.00/wk 
Additional fee of $199.00/wk for use of hot tub 
Exit cleaning fee-$75.00 
Plus State of Connecticut 6% sales tax 
Weekend rentals available for the months of September through April.   
Security Deposit of $750.00  FULL PAYMENT DUE 3 WEEKS BEFORE STAY.   
No credit cards.  Cashiers/Bank Checks payment or wire transfer. No  
personal checks. 
Security Deposit will be returned within 3 weeks after departure. 
Check in time is 2:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am. 
Full Week Rentals Only
