Resort. This home enjoys a Great room with views of Bear
Bluffs,with
an additional living room, kitchen. The dining room will sit your
whole party for a meal, a game or great conversation. Enjoy the
large deck with year round BBQ's on the gas grill.
This home sleeps 12 comfortably in beds, bunks or up to 14
using the living room futon. This home is ideal for
families or large groups. Our home provides all the comforts of
home, but it's quietly nestled in the woods of Maine!

Satellite TV, VCR, DVD-CD Player, fully applianced kitchen with
dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Enjoy the large deck with
gas grill

The Cedar log cabin sauna is great for winter 1/2 naked co-ed
snowangels!
We provide firewood, linens and towels. Use the washer to clean
snow soaked ski clothes. Dry them in the dryer or the heated floor
of
the great room. The ski tune room will allow a comfortable prep for
the next day of powder.

WINTER +: Skiing at nearby Sunday River ski resort, snow mobiling-
ITS 84, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, skating...


SUMMER +: hiking at nearby Grafton Notch state Park, mountain
biking,
