Summer has finally arrived and the place to be is at Camelback Resort! Enjoy all sorts of Summer 
activities - including the brand new slot machine gambling at the nearby Mount Airy Casino and the 
Mohegan Sun Pocono Downs Racetrack located in Wilkes-Barre. Our home is walking distance to 
Camelbeach & a five minute drive to The Crossings Outlet, horseback riding, fine restaurants and 
more!

Camelbeach (on Camelback Mtn. and the largest waterpark in the Poconos)is the summer place to be! 
Just come, relax, and escape! This summer Camelbeach is adding Pharaoh's Phortress Family Play 
Structure for the 2008 Summer Season. The $3 Million Expansion has eight watersildes, a four-story-
high tipping bucket, fountains, spray guns and much more! To see what is happening check out their

Enjoy four floors of luxurious living in this beautiful, spacious, and fully-equipped townhouse in 
the Village at Camelback - a wonderful, private, gated community located on Camelback Mountain. The 
Village offers a club house which includes an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, fitness room, indoor 
basketball, indoor/outdoor tennis & movie rentals. 

This beautiful four-story, cozy townhouse is situated on Camelback/Camelbeach Mountain with four 
decks with an amazing view! The front deck has an enclosed storage/shed and also we provide a 
outdoor grill and a beautiful shaded outdoor eating area on our deck for you to enjoy your summer 
barbecues. 

When entering you will see a large kitchen, dining area, large living room with a marble wood-
burning fireplace, wet-bar and a cathedral ceiling with fan. From the living room there is a sliding 
door on each side of the fireplace leading you into an all windows, enclosed, heated deck. This 
great enclosed glass deck has a table and chairs so that you can have a nice cozy breakfast with a 
view. Everything has been newly decorated and renovated. The house is cool in the summer but we 
added an Air Conditioner as an extra convenience.

It features three newly-renovated bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen-size bed and entrance to 
the Jacuzzi room, the second bedroom with a bunk bed (two twins), and the third bedroom with it’s 
own bathroom and a queen size bed. The house has two and a half baths plus a large Jacuzzi.

We also have a den/family room that can be used as a bedroom which contains a queen size sofa bed 
and a full size bed if needed. Plus a baby crib! 

All new comforters and pillows for all of the bedrooms are provided. In each room we have a new 
television and a VCR or DVD player. Children's games/toys and movie videos are included in the unit 
for your enjoyment. We do provide utensils, linens, and all other goodies to make your stay more 
enjoyable. Our home is your home!

Fall/Winter Rates:

Weekend 2 Nights (Friday and Saturday)..............$1,100

Weekend 3 Nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).........$1,250

Weekly (Saturday to Saturday).......................$1,650

Holidays:  Presidents Weekend, MLK Weekend, New Years Weekend..$1,500

Holiday Week: ......................................$2,000

All stays require a $75 cleaning fee and a $300 fully refundable 
security deposit.

Summer 2008 rates:

Weekend 2 nights (Friday and Saturday): $795 
Weekend 3 nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday): $895 
Weekly: $1,050  
Holiday weekend (3 nights): $1,000  

All prices are negotiable and off-season rates (9/07/08 - 11/30/08 & 
04/1/09 - 6/30/09) are available. A two night minimum is required. 
Linens are included in all rentals. 

Please include $75.00 cleaning fee and $300 refundable security 
deposit.
     
MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RESERVE THIS UNIT AND SIGN A
