Our stunning home, brand new in January 2005 is located in the
highly
desirable area of Rotonda on the South West Coast of Florida.

It is not hard to see why this area is often referred to as
Florida's
hidden secret. The pace of life is relaxing and the beaches are
fabulous .

South West facing, located next to a lake (The new home of our new neighbours, a family of otters
June 08)and Nature Reserve, and overlooking a canal, our home is furnished and decorated to a high
standard in a light and airy Florida style.

We have a very friendly management company who provide full
maintenance of the property including pool service, lawn maintenance
and cleaning after your stay.

In addition to office hours for general help about the villa and the
area, they are available 24 hours a day for any emergencies.

Sorry No Pets and No Smoking allowed in the Villa itself.

2 Master Suites

1. King size bed, TV/DVD, Large Bathroom, Walk in Shower, Oval
tub, Dual Vanity Units, Walk in Closet.

2. Queen size bed, TV/DVD Walk in Shower and Walk in Closet

Both Master Suites open out onto the Pool area

Two Twin bedded Rooms, share a further Bathroom, which also serves
the Pool area.

Family Room with  TV/DVD Radio/CD Player

Seperate Formal Lounge/Dining area, which also opens out onto the
Pool area.

Fully equipped kitchen, Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher and
Fridge/Freezer. Informal dining area overlooking pool.

Utility room with full Laundery facilities.

South West facing heated Pool, extended deck area with table and
seating for 8 and 4 Sunbeds.

Also provided, books, games, CD tapes DVD's, Beach towels, Beach
accessories and gas B-B-Q. There 4 Adult bikes in Garage if you feel
like some exercise !!

Wireless Broadband Connection, bring your laptop.

Free and Unlimited telephone calls throughout the United States and Canada.

Rotonda is close to fantastic beaches,golf courses, shopping malls
and a variety of wildlife. There are a good selection of restaurants
catering for all tastes.

numerous restaurants and excellent shopping opportunities, our villa is ideally situated to enjoy
all this area has to offer.

Rates start from  £650 / $1095 -  per week.

Rates are inclusive of all Taxes and utilities, telephone calls throughout the United States and Canada calls and the end of
stay cleaning.

Pool heating if required is £60/$90 per week.

Special rates are available for last minute bookings and those of 3
weeks or more. Enquire about our low season special deals.
