Example, week of December 17, 2011: $600 + $100 + $84.00= $784.00 Total for 4 occupants.  Add'l occupant $60 more.
Major holidays: $40/week additional; e.g. $40 added to weeks of December 24 and January 1.
All occupants must be registered to use all facilities.  Unregistered occupants (visitors) are prohibited from using swimming pool.
$200 Prepayment at time of reservation. $50 Service Charge required
on all cancellations.
No refunds for cancellations received fewer than 60 days before
confirmed arrival date.
No refund for early departure. Rental management collects all
prepayments, rentals, including housekeeping fee and taxes.
Reservation confirmation is on first-come, first-served basis.
Unless otherwise stated or agreed in advance with owner, all weekly
prices are for Saturday to Saturday stays. Other dates slightly
higher. Normal 1 week stay; will accept 5 days minimum
occasionally.
For stays of over 1 week, guest has option of laundering own linen
and towels using on-site laundry facilities or paying "light
cleaning" fee of $40 weekly.
*Check-In is at 4:00 pm and Check-Out is at 10:00 am.
Full payment due on or before arrival.
