entrance doors on each floor leading to elevator. 
 
Coin-operated laundry facilities available on-site, nearest one inside our building about 40 feet 
away from hallway entrance door.

For stays of over 1 week, guest has option of laundering own linen and towels using on-site  
laundry facilities or paying "light cleaning" fee of $40 weekly 
          
$200 Prepayment at time of reservation.  $50 Service Charge required on all cancellations. 
No refunds for cancellations received fewer than 60 days before confirmed arrival date. 
No refund for early departure.  Rental management collects all prepayments, rentals, 
including housekeeping fee and taxes. 
 
All quotations expire 72 hours from time of owner transmittal.  Reservation is confirmed 
when prepayment is received.  Reservation confirmation is on first-come, first-served basis. 
Quotation is not a guarantee of reservation.  Owner will provide notice of reservation confirmation. 
 
Unless otherwise stated or agreed in advance with owner, all weekly prices are for Saturday 
to Saturday stays.  Other dates slightly higher.  Normal 1 week stay; will accept 5 days minimum 
occasionally.  Some weeks with major holidays might be quoted $40 higher than other weeks in 
same season. 
 
*Check-In is at 4:00 pm and Check-Out is at 10:00 am. 
 
Full payment due on or before arrival.
