Vacation Rental Description

This is a 2 story condo complex located across the street from 
beautiful Siesta Key public beach.  One bedroom w/1 bath in lush 
tropical surroundings.  There is a heated pool, covered parking, on-
site laundry facilities.  Close to quaint Siesta Village and 
resturants.

Vacation Rental Amenities

1 bedroom w/1 bath, living room w/tv, dining area, fully equipped 
kitchen, and enclosed lanai.  All you need for a perfect vacation. 
The only thing missing is YOU.

Activities and Attractions

Heated pool for swimming.  Tennis courts, volleyball, and picnic 
area across the street at the beach.  Fishing, boating, golfing 
close by as well as shops and resturants.  Attractions in Sarasota: 
Mote Marine, Ringling Museum, Comedy Club, and other cultural 
activities.  
Orlando/Disney: 2 hour drive
Tampa : 1 hour drive

Vacation Rental Rates

May thru October - $1300.00 per month, $725.00 - 2 wks., Nov. thru 
December - $1450.00 per month, $800 - 2 wks.  
January, and April - $2600.00 per month, $1400.00 - 2 wks., February 
and March - $3000.00 per month, $1575 - 2 wks.  Rates do not include 
11% Florida sales/resort tax, a 1-time cleaning fee of $80.00 and a 
damage deposit of $300.00.  A $300.00 deposit is required to secure 
the rental.  We do not accept credit cards.  2 week minimum.
