Oceanfront 2 bed/2 bath Condo.w/Views!! in Maalaea

This beautiful condo is located in Maalaea, Maui and just about 75
ft away from the ocean. It is on the top(4th) floor with incredible
ocean views and earshot to hear the incredible waves as they cascade
along the surf below. It is a completely furnished 2br/2ba unit
including 2 deluxe queen size beds, plus new sofa bed so that
six people can occupy the unit comfortably. It has a large lanai
which directly faces the ocean. A fully equipped modern kitchen
featuring stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all
amenities for cooking along with a washer and dryer to clean your
clothes after a long, hot, fun filled day in the sun. Our home is
attractively furnished with a tropical motif and excellently
maintained to suit your every desire. Entertainment with a new HD TV,
BluRay DVD/VCR and stereo/CD/iPod player in the livingroom  
round out the condo.
The grounds include a beautiful figure 8 swimming pool, jacuzzi and
BBQ for everyones use and the beach and ocean is just foot steps
away. A 5 mile uninhabited stretch of beach is great for walks..just
150 yds. down the lane.
Enjoy spectacular sunrises while you have breakfast on our spacious
lanai and listen to the waves below as you dine under a starry
filled night. In the summer months you can also watch the surfers
who ride the world famous " Maalaea Bay Freight Train" waves. In
winter months you can watch the humpback whales display their
majesty.

Our oceanfront vacation condo has been redecorated and includes all
linens, hair dryer,beach towels, pots, pans, dishes, and
utensils.

The Ma’alaea Waterfront Restaurant - oceanfront dining near the lawns
of the Milowai. (about a 5-minute walk towards the harbor).Excellent
food! A bit expensive, but well worth it.
(Sometimes you can get 2 for 1 by looking in the Maui News or other
local paper for their Anniversary Specials). We highly recommend the
Waterfront.
Buzz’s Wharf - Located in Ma’alaea Harbor. Great place to relax and
enjoy a drink.
Blue Marlin Harborfront Grill and Bar – Located in the Ma’alaea
Triangle about an 8 minute walk overlooking the harbor. Food is
promptly served and is good.
Maalaea Grill – Located in the Ma’alaea Triangle about an 8 minute
walk overlooking the harbor. Great food at reasonable prices.
Outstanding decor.
Seascape Restaurant ~ located in the Maui Ocean Center open for
lunch only- you do not have to pay admission to get to the
restaurant.
Carls Jr – located near the Union 76 gas station on Honoapiilani Hwy

Tradewinds Mart & Deli is located in the Ma’alaea Mermaid a short
walk towards the harbor area. Hours: 9 AM – 9 PM M- Th, 9 AM – 10 PM

The Ma’alaea Store is open 9 AM to 3:00 PM, M – F and is a short
walk to the Ma’alaea Harbor.It is mainly a fishing supply store.
Circle K - located near the Union 76 gas station on Honoapiilani Hwy
Activities:
Walk along Ma’alaea Beach/Sugar Beach. At the end of Hauoli St, (go
right when you exit the building), there is a public beach park
called Haycraft Park and a 7mile beach that stretches all of the way
to Kihei. You can swim, surf, sun, snorkel and walk along this beach.
Maui Ocean Center: Maui’s new aquarium is located near the harbor, a
short walk from your condo. Admission is about$18 per adult.
Ma’alaea Harbor: Just a short walk from the condo is the Harbor
where you can watch surfers, take a whale-watching cruise (winter
months) or snorkel cruise, fishing expedition or enjoy a romantic
sunset dinner cruise.
