"The Landing" directly across the street from The Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, is located right in the center of one of Northern Michigan's most desired vacation destinations. It is only minutes from such areas as Empire, Glen Arbor, Crystal Lake, and Frankfort.

The home is situated atop a natural slope with views of Long Lake, beautiful towering trees and wildlife. It features 160' of very private sandy bottom frontage on peaceful all-sports Long Lake in Benzie county. 

Also, just down the hill, and thru the trail, await enough waterfront amenities to wage The Mother of All Vacations! In addition to the very private sandy beach, there is a paddle boat, 2 kayaks, life jackets in various shapes & sizes, full dock w/moorings for extra boats, fire pit w/chairs, rope hammock, 2 chaise lounges, and as an extra bonus we include the use a pontoon boat free of charge ( a $1,000 value). Oh, and did we mention 10 gallons of free premixed fuel?!
