3. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds, TV and closet.
4. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living
room. The Living room and Master Bedroom have an entrance onto a
large private deck which overlooks a beautiful Oasis and the Bay.

4. A deposit of 300.00 is required to confirm a reservation.
5. A refundable damage deposit is required at check-in.
6. Money Orders accepted, Cashiers/Personal Checks must
be received 14 days prior to check-in.
7. Age requirements: you must be 25 years or older unless
accompanied
by a parent or guardian.
8. Sales Tax, of 11% and Cleaning Fee of 75.00 are not included in the rates listed.
