look at the awesome view. The restaurants and fish markets are  
outstanding. Includes a full-time maid and caretaker. They'll clean  
your fish, cook, wash your dishes -- whatever you want! Fishing is  
among the best in the world -- catch a Blue Marlin, Tuna and  
Swordfish all in one day by utilizing one of numerous local ocean  
fishing charters -- or enjoy a combination surfing and fishing  
expedition to the many beautiful coastal beaches unaccessible by  
vehicle. You will absoltuely love this place.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Maid (she'll cook, too), caretaker, inground infinity pool, central  
A/C in main part of house, individual bedroom A/C, two bedrooms with  
a queen bed in each, one with two bunk beds that sleeps 4.  Water  
filter, full-sized fridge, stove, toaster, rice cooker, microwave,  
washer, dryer, linens, walk to private beach, many nearby  
restaurants.

Activities and Attractions

Surfing, surf fishing, deep-sea fishing, fresh-water fishing,  
wildlife watching (giant sea turtles, tropical fish, howler monkees,  
etc.) beautiful white-sand empty beaches, shopping in indigenous and  
tourist markets, shopping in nearby Granada and Masaya, 30 miles  
from Costa Rican border,

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates start at $225 per night, with 7th night free for one week  
rentals during low season, to $3000 weekly for holiday weeks  
(Christmas and Easter).
