This first floor walk-up, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was refurbished a couple of years ago. At that time new carpet and tile was installed along with appliances. It is located on a quiet block ending at the beach, in an 8 unit building. There is reserved, covered parking as well as guest parking. The condo can sleep 7 with a king bed, two single beds a rollaway and a queen pull out sofa bed.

You are just a five minute walk to all the action around Clearwater Beach Pier and the Sunset Celebrations at Pier 60, weather permitting, with live music, entertainment and people selling all kinds of goodies! You are 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and close to all the great beach restaurants, shops and attractions, including an hour and 40 minutes to Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World and a little farther to the Kennedy Space Center. Busch Gardens (amusement park), Adventure Island (water park) and the Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa are just 40 minutes away.

This Condo is close to beachside restaurants and outdoor cafes on the sand, just blocks from dining, dancing and entertainment. Nearby is Pier 60 with more restaurants and shopping and nightly sunset celebrations festivities with music, entertainment and people selling great souvenirs. Right next door to the Pier is the Clearwater Marina with parasailing. boat tours, deep sea fishing, lunch/dinner cruises, windsurfing, jet skiing and the Pirate Cruise! For a small fare, the Jolly Trolley will take you all around the island of Clearwater Beach for access to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, the Publix grocery store, tennis, basketball courts and a Gym with vacation rates. Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are a 1 hour and 45 minute drive away. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Lowry Park Zoo are about a 45 minute drive away in Tampa. Baseball Spring Training facilities are in the area for the Phillies, the Yankees and the Blue Jays.
