Vacation Rental Description
From the moment you arrive at our Lake of the Ozarks condo, you will find yourself able to relax in
style in a bright contemporary lake-front setting. You are sure to enjoy the
view from the screened-in deck. This well maintained complex was built in 2001 and this is the first
year this unit has been in a rental program. This unit is very clean and very well maintained.
This condominium features a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The dining area seats four
to eight. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer. All linens are provided. You will just
need to bring your food, beverages, toiletries, beach towels, fishing pole and boat.
The lake view master bedroom features a king bed, TV, a private bathroom and door to the patio. The
other bedroom features a king bed and TV.
The condominium is just a few easy steps up from the parking lot, great for bringing in groceries or
gear. Our 12X32 boat slip is right in front of the condo.
There is a heated pool close to our unit and swimming area at the docks.
The property is located on the convenient North Shore area at about the 1.5 MM, just minutes from
Highway 54. The North Shore is one of the Lake of the Ozarks best-kept secrets, a great location,
with easy access from both Kansas City and St. Louis. If you have never stayed on this side of the
lake, you should try it. We used to own a condo at MM 13 but we like it here better. It is easier to
get around by car and less traffic going to the busy places. There are alot of great resturants and
bars very close by boat or car. Outlet shopping, Bagnell Dam, antique
shopping, amusements, and a wide range of restaurants are all located just minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates
Two night minimum on all rentals -
$62 cleaning fee per visit
Free 12X32 Boat slip available with all rentals (Slip is directly in front of Condo)
In Season Rates:
May 15th thru Sept 10th:
$900 per week
$800 6 nights
$175 per night for weekends
$150 per night for week days (Monday-Thursday night)
Special monthly rate for renting any complete month October thru March
Off Season Rates:
Sept. 11th thru May 14th:
$100 per night or $600 per week
