Vacation Rental Description

The unit is a garden apartment located on the ground floor with 
sliding doors opening to a walk out patio with a gorgeous view of 
lush tropical gardens.  The suite itself is 
fully equipped with linens, towels, beach towels, beach bag, 
hairdryer and a full kitchen including glasswares, plates/bowls, 
cutlery, pots & pans, cooking utensils, BBQ kit, microwave, toaster, 
electric kettle, blender, coffee maker and of course stove, 
microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.  Also in the unit there 
are two televisions with cable and dvd players (master bedroom & 
living room), and a laundry room with a washer and dryer, ironing 
board and iron.  The unit also comes with a designated covered 
parking spot.

The unit itself is a non-smoking unit, but smoking is permitted 
outside on the patio.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The complex located on the intracoastal has numerous amenities, 
including a lap-length pool surrounded by a comfortably furnished 
sundeck adjoined by a jacuzzi spa, gazebo and putting green.  The 
fitness centre has a full complement of club-quality cardio and 
strength training equipment and change rooms with sauna.  There is a 
game room with billiards table and a media room with big screen 
television, dvd player and theater-style surround sound system.  A 
fully equipped business centre is also available featuring a 
conferencing facility, computers with internet connection, fax 
machine and copier.  The complex is gated with 24 hour security and 
concierge.  Just outside the complex is a biking/walking/fitness 
trail for several miles along the sparkling waters of the intra-
coastal.

Activities and Attractions

The complex is conveniently located close to all the attractions 
of downtown West Palm Beach, yet comfortably removed from congestion 
in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes away from the beaches, 
shopping and dining of Palm Beach and the renowned CityPlace 
entertainment, dining and shopping complex.

In addition to the fabulous West Palm Beach and Palm Beach 
restaurants and shops, the most popular West Palm Beach attractions 
include the PGA National Golf Course, Kravis Center for the 
Performing Arts, Armory Art Center, the Improv Comedy Club, the 
Cuillo Theatre, Clematis Street, CityPlace, Lion Country Safari, 
Dreher Park, RAGTOPS and the Norton Museum.

Miami and Fort Lauderdale are both within easy driving distance for 
day trips.  Disney (Orlando) and the Kennedy Space Center are a 2.5 
hour drive away.

Payment Policy:  All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars. A 
refundable security deposit of $500.00 and 50% of the occupancy fee 
is due within 7 business days from the day of booking, and full 
payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal cheques, money 
orders and bank drafts are all accepted forms of payment. 

If you wish to pay in US funds, the exchange rate used will be that 
of live mid-market rates at the time of booking.  Again, personal 
cheques, money orders and bank drafts are all accepted forms of 
payment, or funds may be directly deposited to an account at 
Wachovia.
