This large executive 4BR/3BA villa is located in the most convenient "Hamlet at West Haven" community, a gated community next to Champions Gate resort, 10 minutes from Disney World main gates.
The villa has a large SOUTHWEST facing pool and jacuzzi that receive sunlight all day long. Both can be heated. The villa has two master suites, one with king bed and one with queen bed, and private bath in each. The third and fourth bedroom each has two twin beds, and share the 3rd bathroom. There is a sofa sleeper for extra accommodation needs.
There is a large full kitchen with all cooking ware and utensils. It has a formal dining area with six seats, a separate breakfast nook, and bar serving area. It has a large spacious great room (16ft cathedral ceiling) with sofa, chairs, and ottoman. It also has a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, and ironing and iron board.
The villa has all the amenities: cable TV in every room, high speed internet and WiFi, game console of GameCube, a game room of pool table and Foosball.
There is a large lanai with a patio table and 4 chairs, and two other lounger chairs around the screened pool and spa area.
All sheets, towels and linens are provided.
