Vacation Rental Description

This wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath architecturally designed Post 
and Beam home is nestled amidst a wildlife preserve, bordered by a 
cattail-rimmed pond, on a quiet winding sandy road.  Tranquility and 
the gentle sounds of the wildlife inhabitants abound.

Passing through the French door entry, one is bathed in light 
filtering down from the windowed cupola, three stories above.  It's 
special character is evident throughout.  Spacious decks, wide board 
pine floors, multiple French doors, cathedral ceilings, tiled 
surfaces, wood ceilings and beams everywhere are just some of the 
special features this house offers. The fully equipped “Gourmet” 
kitchen with Jenn-Air range opens out to an expansive dining room. 

The living/family room offers a brick fireplace for those chilly 
summer nights.  There are 3 bedrooms each with full bath plus a 1/2 
bath on the main level.  The master bedroom boasts a cozy brick 
fireplace as well.  Additionally, there is an outdoor shower and 
spacious grounds.  Every window provides a different and delightful 
view of its own.  Furnished in the essence of Nantucket charm, all 
combine to make an elegant statement in comfort and livability.  

Our home is near town, bike paths, beaches, a public canoe launch 
area, sceneic drives, a winery and a beer making brewery, and across 
the sandy road from the house is a large conservation areas with many 
walking trails.

Linen and Towels provided, cable TV's, VCR, DVD player, radio, 
dishwasher, JenAire range, micro-wave, washer, dryer, lobster pot, 
coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, phone, grill, croquette set, 
childs highchair, iron and board, games (scrabble etc.), off-street 
parking, 2 spacious decks, cooler.
