Beach, Drive-on access to beach,onsite Restaurant and Bar, Walking distance to Sun Glow Pier, 5 
min to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse . Property includes Private entrance to 
unit, eat-in kitchen, Full size Murphy bed and sleep sofa, Cable TV. 
Efficency kitchen includes Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, full size 
Refrigerator small stove. On Site laundry facilities and access to property 
oceanfront pool, located adjacent to drive on beach ramp Life Guard stand and bathroom house, Great 
Location!    Next to Wilbur by the Sea and Ponce Inlet.                   

 No maid service is available during stay.

Vacation Rental Rates

 
Rates are as Follows:
$560.00 Per Week (plus 12.5% tax)
$35.00 Cleaning Fee
$100.00 Security Deposit
$800.00 Minimum Per Week during Special Events

Note: Althought our unit is complete the Lobby bathrooms are still under  
renovation and prices listed here reflect a discount due to 
the construction. 
Addtional Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without 
notice.We require a 50% deposit when receiving your 
reservations. Cancellation penalty applies to all reservations. Final 
payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept, cash, check and credit 
cards via PayPal. All rentals subject to FL sales tax rate of 12.5% 
Security deposit will be returned after departure via mail provided 
our unit is left in good condition and nothing is missing or broken. 
Two week notice required for any cancellation, less notice forfeits 
deposit.Please contact us with additional questions.
