Vacation Rental Description

This three bedroom, two bath Cape style house was recently renovated  
and furnished with "Pottery Barn" and Maine cottage style decor and  
sleeps six very comfortably. There is a total of seven rooms with  
approximately 1800 s.f. of living area. The master bedroom (queen  
bed) and one bath (stall shower) are located on the first floor.  
There is a family room/tv room off of the eat-in kitchen with direct  
access to the front porch. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with  
toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, microwave  
and electric stove. The living room has a fireplace and there is a  
dining room as well. Upstairs, there are two additional large size  
bedrooms, each with twin beds, as well as the newly remodeled second  
bathroom (tub/shower). Hardwood floors throughout. There is a washer  
and dryer, an outdoor shower, Weber gas grill, cable TV, DVD player  
and VCR. The house is equipped with high speed wireless internet access. 
 
All blankets, pillows, bath towels and linens are provided. The yard  
is large and flat and the private yard abuts a beautiful park. From  
the front of the house, one can see all the way to the ocean. 
  
The house is located in the center of town on Cottage Street.  
Cottage Street is directly off of Shore Road where there is great  
shopping, galleries, and fabulous restaurants. Leave your car in the  
driveway, (which holds 4+cars), you won't need it. It is only a  
short walk (5-10 minutes) to the main beach, the famous Marginal Way  
and Perkins Cove. Ogunquit Beach is a three mile stretch of  
beautiful white sand. Many people enjoy using the Town's open air  
Trolleys, which run April through October.  
  
If it rains... there is a movie theater in town playing first run  
movies that change frequently. The Ogunquit Playhouse offers popular  
musicals throughout the season and features many well known  
performers.  Ogunquit has it's own art museum as well as a public  
library. Antique shops are abundant. Also in town, there are public  
tennis courts and playgrounds. Take advantage of the outlet shopping  
in local Kittery. Many visit nearby Mt. Agamenicus, where there is  
horseback riding, beautiful hiking trails and picnic areas. It  
features the most breathtaking views of the white mountains to the  
Northwest as well as the Maine coastline for miles and miles. On a  
clear day, views of the Boston skyline can be seen from the watch  
tower.

is steps from the house. 
 
Perkins Cove shops and restaurants await you. 
 
Deep Sea fishing, Boat Rides, Horseback Riding, Municipal Tennis  
Courts are within the area. 
 
Trolley picks up and drops off at the end of the Street. 
 
Kittery shopping mall outlets are just South of Ogunquit as well as  
Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Just to the North is Kennebunkport and  
Portland, Maine. 
 
Numerous antique stores are in the area. 
 
Golf, Miniature Golf, Kayaking and Biking are additional activities  
in the vicinity.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday (Check in at 2 p.m,  
Check out by 10 a.m.) for the following dates and rates for the  
summer of 2008. 
 
$2850/week from June 14,2008 thru August 23,2008. 
 
50% Initial deposit due at lease signing, remaining 50% plus $300  
Security Deposit and Maine Rental Tax (7%)due by June 1, 2008.
