Atha's Place on Orchard Street in Hotchkiss

Atha's Place is a 1902 brick victorian home (fully renovated) with 4
bedrooms (one is used as a tv and reading room). The home has a
living room with a gas fireplace, parlor with TV/DVD/VCR, full
kitchen, dining room and laundry facilities. The house is completely
remodeled with central heat and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms
have a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a full size bed. The
Tv/reading room has an additional fold out double bed. The entire
house including kitchen is fully furnished to insure a pleasant stay.

Atha's Place is a wonderful place to rest, relax and recharge. You
can vist the many attractions in the area or start writing your first
book. Hotchkiss is a quiet agricultural town that will offer the
calm vacation you need. The side porch has a seating area and a porch
swing surrounded by roses. There is a spacious yard with several
large trees.

Atha's Place is located in Hotchkiss, a rural community in the North
Fork Valley of western Colorado. The North Fork Valley has long been
known in Colorado for it's fruit orchards and mild climate. From the
house you are within half an hour of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison
National Park, the West Elk Wilderness area, the Gunnison River and
many other western Colorado attractions. Organic fruit orchards,
wineries and many antique shops are scattered around the area.
Paonia, Hotchkiss and Crawford make a ten mile triangle in the heart
of the valley.
