and Mi Wuk Village. Just minutes to Twain Harte, Dodge Ridge Ski
Resort, Pinecrest Lake and Black Oak Casino. Its small dog friendly
and has a Pool Table for the kids. Come enjoy the fresh air and
explore the great outdoors of the beautiful Sierra Mountains, with
easy access to the cabin, just off HWY 108.

Open, light floor plan with views of wonderful cedar trees and
sky high sugar pine trees out every window. Quiet area, fenced back
yard; fans; great new front trex deck; clean,neat comfy and furnished
with every amenity, even DSL, bring your laptop!

Nice extras are a pool table with a ping pong converter top and
darts all which are downstairs for the kids,so,upstairs the adults
can relax and enjoy each others company and the ambiance of the care
free gas fireplace. Also, there's a High Speed internet connection.
Bring your laptop! 5 TV's w/cable. Also, there's approx. 110 VHS
movies, 50 novels, puzzles,40 games, Super Nintendo & Nintendo 64,
toys, Barbies & Bratz dolls with fun clothes and house. FisherPrice
Castle and Cowboy Town. For the winter,there's lots of ski clothes
(jackets,bibs,pants,sweaters,scarfs-all sizes)gloves,play
boots,saucers & sleds to borrow. Down Blankets on all the beds.
Espresso & cappucino maker to enjoy by the fireplaces. For the
summer theres, 2 sets of golf clubs, 5 bikes and
helmets, ice chest, rafts for the lake, beach chairs all for your
entertainment or just relax in the Hammock under the trees or enjoy
a cup of coffee in the morning sun on the deck.

1BR w/Queen + Twin/Trundle; 1 full BA. Downstairs: Family room with
pool/ping pong table; 1 BR w/Double + Twin; 1 BA w/shower.

Gas log fireplace upstairs and Woodburning fireplace downstairs,
Full kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garb. disposal,Washer/dryer.
5 tv's w/cable, 2VCR/DVD combos, CD player, shower-2, Tub-1,BBQ-
gas,Queen futon(DS), Kitchen seating-10, parking for 3 cars, even a
rice cooker and espresso maker..Down Blankets and pillows
provided,but, please bring your own sheets and towels or we can
provide linens for $15.00 per bed.

In Twain Harte theres minature golf and 9 hole golf course and a
community swimming pool. Also,during the summer there's 'Concert in
the Pines' and 'Movies in the Pines.'

At Pinecrest Lake,you can fish,rent sailboats,paddle & party boats
and kayaks, or just relax on the beach. There's also a nice 4 mile
trail around the lake and a theatre for outdoor movies under the
stars. Nearby, Kennedy Meadows has horseback riding.

Or go hiking and fishing at Lyons Reservoir in Long Barn. Explore
the Moaning Cavern and rappel 165 ft to the bottom in a thrilling
rope descent in Vallecito. Visit Ironstone Vineyards for wine
tasting and weekly live concerts in Murphys. Aboard the Jamestown
Railtown train or spend the day at Yosemite or pan for gold at
Columbia State Park.

Visit Black Oak Casino (new bowling alley and arcade for the kids)
and Cover's Apple Ranch in Toulumne. Sierra Repertory
Theatre,Mountain Springs Golf Course and Sierra Apple Ranch are in
the historic gold rush town of Sonora,which also has lots of
shopping and antiques.

During the winter,there's Dodge Ridge Ski Resort in Pinecrest,Long
Barn Ice Skating Rink and Leland High Snow Park,we have sleds and
saucers available.

Sugar Pine and Mi Wuk Village have 2 nice restaurants,a general
store with Take-and-Bake pizza. A Grill and Deli with an ice cream
shop and espresso's. Also on weekends they have freshly baked
cinnamon rolls,breakfast sandwiches and burritos. And for your pup,
there's a Pet Grooming Store.

Base Rate: $190.00 /night; 2 night minimum, holidays 3
night minimum. $100.00 cleaning fee(professional cleaning)
25% "off season" discount, Mar.16 to May 15,2007 and Sept.15-
Dec.8,2007 (except Nov.20-26)
