This lovely desert hide-a-way offers the finest in Country Club
living. The 1650 sq. ft. condo with a Southwestern motif has all the
comforts of home. The unit is situated on the 11th hole of the
Challenge Course and is surrounded by towering palm trees and
wonderful golf course views. It is steps away from an infrequently
used swimming pool and Jacuzzi, of which there are over 45 on the
grounds.
The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a den with a sofa bed. The
master suite has a king sized bed, 3 large closets, a beautiful
master bath with a skylight and a Jacuzzi tub. The guest room has a
queen sized bed and an attached bathroom. The den has a pull-out
sofa bed and is equipped with high speed DSL. Each bedroom and the
den have a Casablancs ceiling fan and cable TV.
The patio off the dining and living rooms faces the 11th green of the
Challenge Course -- close enough to enjoy watching the golfers hit up
to the green -- but far enough away that you don't hear them. It
includes a new gas grill, a table and chairs for 4 and two lounge
chairs.
