Our beautiful vacation home is a ground-level (only 4 steps), one-
story house with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7), 2 full baths, a fully
equipped kitchen with a dinette that seats 6, living room, open
front porch, and a screened back porch. The house has heating and
A/C, plus a ceiling fan in each bedroom, the dinette, and the
screened porch. The driveway will hold 4 crs: 2x2, or 2 trucks with
boat trailers attached.
The house has DirecTV, VCR and a stereo with radio, CD and cassette
players. A high chair, childrens dishes, some toys, a rocking chair
and a Mickey Mouse bedroom (bunk beds - 1 double, 1 twin). Sorry,
no crib provided.
This development is a quiet, family oriented, waterfront (Indian
River Inlet) community with an unguarded pool (passes provided),
tennis court and a common boat ramp (all within walking distance).
Stores closeby. We are located 2 miles from Bethany Beach.
