Vacation Rental Description

This is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with all the 
comforts of home.  This is a wonderful location on the oceanside of 
Beach Avenue in Atlantic Beach with oceanviews and private walkway 
to 
the beach.  Changing house with shower included.  It is not direct 
Oceanfront.

This property is ideal for families, relocation, and snowbird 
parents.  This property is located in a quiet, peaceful 
neighborhood.  This property is not very 'child-friendly' due to the 
antique furnishings and quiet surroundings.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

5 blocks to Town Center with many small shops and restaurants.  

Activities and Attractions

Just steps to our clean, quiet, white sandy beach.  St. Augustine is 
only a short drive down scenic A1A South, and Amelia island 
accessible by ferry up A1A North.

Vacation Rental Rates

Minimum Stay as Required by Atlantic Beach Ordinance.

$3,000 Per Monthly. $1,500 Weekly.  Discount for longer stays.


 
Check-in time is anytime after 9:30 am and Check-out time is anytime 
up until 5:00 pm.  Let us know in advance and we will try to 
accommodate your needs.  This is a non-smoking dwelling.
