We are a quaint 12-unit building of 1 and 2 bedroom units snuggled 
among green lawns and flowering shrubs, yet only steps from the

Library. Local transportation trolley stops at the corner.

Vacation Rental Rates

Please inquire about rates for Longer or Shorter stays.

Monthly  $950 - $1800 (based on 4 week stay)
Rate based on single or double occupancy.
Linen/setup/cleaning fee - $65   Taxes are additional.

Security/Damage Deposit required to book reservation. 
Deposit returned with 60-day cancellation notice and if unit is re-rented for 
the full rental term and price. After check-out, deposit returned 
within 30 days if there's no damage & no additional money is owed.   

Until booked, rates are subject to change without notice.
