Vacation Rental Description

Located in Manatee County Bradenton, Florida, the Waterlefe Golf & 
River Club is a beautiful gated community with 24 hour guards and is 
located on the Manatee River. The elegantly furnished 3 bedrooms, 2 
bathrooms, plus den, condo, overlooks the fairway of the 18 hole 
championship golf course (#1 course in Southwest FL). The master 
bedroom has a kingsized bed, the 2nd bedroom a queen sized bed and 
the 3rd bedroom a hide a bed. All linens provided. Each bedroom has 
its own walk in closet. The dining area sits 6 plus 2 at the 
breakfast bar. Full kitchen, all utensils provided. Large balcony 
sits 6 and overlooks the golf course and lakes. Washer and dryer in 
your laundry room. Cable TV's in den, master bedroom and great room 
plus DVD player.  The carriage home has approximately 2,300 sq. ft. 
of air conditioned space and includes a private lanai. Two car 
garage with automatic door opener plus additional parking space next 
to your home. Tile in all areas, except the bedrooms. Fans in every 
room plus cold a/c. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Use of Golf Club - Ted McAnlis 18 hole championship golf course 
spans 6,908 yards and offers five sets of tees. Amenities within the 
community also include the River Club (including planned activities 
there), two restaurants, fine dining, banquet facilities, in house 
TV station for events etc., exercise room & classes with health & 
fitness director, Olympic heated pool, tiki bar, biking, hiking 
trails, canoeing and kayaking, 59 slip marina, fishing pier, boat 
ramp, poolside cabana bar, childrens playground, Wade's wilderness 
way, the Point gathering and picnic area, the Point lookout tower, 
nature trails & wild life.

Activities and Attractions

If you can find time to leave the Waterlefe community there are, 
numerous Golf courses, Gulf beaches (two of the top 10 named 
beaches), fishing, boating, legal casino gambling, theater, opera, 
comedy clubs, live entertainment, professional baseball, 
professional hockey, professional football, aquariums, museums, 
airports, marine labratory, zoos, snorkeling, diving, swiming, jet 
skiing, shelling, etc.
If you have a little free time, try to see - Disney World, Epcot, 
Animal Kingdom, Sea World and Universal Studios.

Vacation Rental Rates

January - March $3,200 per month.
April & December $2,800 per month.
May - November $2,300 per month.
$2,100 per month for six months (or more) between 3/31/08 and 1/1/09.
Condo Association requires a rental period of 30 days or more.
No pets - no smoking.
