Vacation Rental Description

Sunset Apartment has 2 air conditioned double bedrooms 1 located on 
each side of a large living/dining area with dining table, 
armchairs, TV/video recorder,a multi region DVD player and high 
speed internet access point.

The separate kitchen area has a freestanding gas stove, a fridge, 
kettle and toaster. The welcome pack includes enough tea, coffee & 
sugar to get you through until your first visit to the supermarket. 

The apartment boasts a large wet room with shower and corner basin 
adjacent to which is a separate toilet and wash basin.

There is a safe in the apartment available free of charge for 
valuable personal belongings such as passports and tickets! Please 
remember your travel insurance it is essential wherever you travel 
in the world to protect your personal belongings and in case of 
medical emergencies.

The patio area has a table and chairs and views of the Caribbean sea 
and the Royal Westmoreland golf course.

Sunset Apartment is situated at the end of a quiet residential cul-
de-sac, with only 3 houses in close vicinity and a tropical gully on 
two sides of the house with many different species of birds, trees 
and plants.

Sunset Apartment is located 2.5 miles inland from the sandy beaches 
of the West Coast. Historic Holetown with its restaurants, bars and 
shopping is 3.5 miles away. 1.5 miles away is the Royal Westmoreland 
Golf Course and Resort and 1 mile away is the new Apes Hill Golf and 
Polo Resort.

The world renowned Sandy Lane Resort and golf courses are only 6 
miles from Sunset Apartment.
For cricket fans the world famous Kensington Oval is 10 miles and 
the capital Bridgetown is approximately 11 miles away. 

The lively nightlife of St. Lawrence Gap and the beaches of the 
south coast are an 11 mile drive south through Bridgetown. Oistins 
fish market and fry is a couple of miles further on past St Lawrence 
Gap.
 
Finally Grantley Adams International Airport is a 15 mile drive from 
Sunset Apartment.
