This beautiful mountain home is located across from the Northentranceof Seven Springs on a private, wooded, quiet lot and onemile from the main gate of Seven Springs. The private outdoor hot
tub views the ski slopes. The driveway is easy access and holds
approximately 20 cars.

If you notice the photo with the blue sky, you can view the ski
slopes. This is the view from the hottub as well!

*With advance notice, groceries and prepared food can be delivered
for an additional charge!

*Also, discounted Seven Springs weekend passes available!

*3 bedrooms with one queen (additional mattress similiar to a trundle
bed in this room for an additional two people for 10 people), one
full bed and one king size bed.
*Queen sofa bed and one sofa.
*All linens and towels provided
*Woodburner and wood stocked
*Full laundry room
*Finished Game room with pool table and two flat screens
*Outdoor firepit and grill
*Direct TV
*Includes Wireless Internet, snow plowing, garbage.

Springs website.

Winter activities include: Alpine Skiing, Cross Country Skiing,
Snowshoeing, Snowmobiling, Horse drawn sleigh rides, Tubing,
etc.

Summer Activities include: Prime fishing location, Ohiopyle White
water rafting, Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater and Kentucky
Knob, Mountain biking and hiking in the park right out the door,
Great Allegheny Passage biking and hiking, many challenging
golf courses close by.

Attractions include: Many state parks nearby, Flight 93 Memorial,
Fort Ligonier and Idlewild Park, Various Wineries, Steelers
Training Camp, Antiquing, Outdoor Concerts, Living Treasures
Animal Park, Caddie Shak Family Fun Park, etc.

Summer Rates from April 15 - November 1:

$750.00 for the first two nights, an additional $200 per each
additional night stay.

Winter Rates:

Early winter Nov 2 - Dec 14 is $900 for the first two nights, $200
per each additional night.

December 15 - April 14 is $1150 for the first two nights stay and an
additional $250 per each additional night stay.  MLKing and Presidents Day are $1650.   Please email for Christmas or New Years pricing.

For $1300 for a regular weekend, I will
provide chips, dips, a tray of
lasagna, salad and breads for your arrival Friday night as well as
bagels, muffins and juices for Saturday and Sunday morning for 8
people. Just show up and enjoy!
Additional catering available as well.

All rentals require a $500 refundable security deposit.  Security deposits WILL be cashed as they are insurance of showing up and damage security.   Cancellations are provided in the contract.
