Pool privileges at Serenata Beach Club for the week are a minimal extra cost; they include family swimming, heated pool, adult pool, wading pool, fitness center, full locker rooms, jacuzzi, lots of children's activities, inside and oceanfront bars and dining, and golf privileges at Marsh Landing Country Club.

Winter's Past is located at the southern end of South Ponte Vedra Beach, FL and is just 4.9 miles from the bridge to St Augustine.

hurricanes than almost anywhere else. However, if a mandatory
evacuation order is issued during the rental period that would apply
to our section of St. Johns County, we will refund ALL your rental
fee for that week; unless order is issued for the day of your
planned departure. If your rental period is longer than one week, this would
apply only to the week it occurs or subsequent weeks if the house cannot be occupied.

amenities are available at the oceanfront Serenata Beach Club, five
minutes from our beach house, at minimal cost for the week. This is
a lovely upscale club with wonderful dining and lots of children's
activities - if it's a rainy day, or just too steamy to be on the
beach, your family can head into the club for the day. The shower
area has all the personal items you might need - razor, soap,
