This Beachfront 2 bedroom 2½ bath Townhouse, is located in a queit residential area of Seagrove Beach away from crowds, high- rise buildings, busy streets and chaos. Less than a block from Deer Lake State Park, where you'll enjoy over 2 miles of undeveloped coastal dunes, walking trails, & clean, pristine beaches (did I mention no crowds!). Unlike many areas along the beach that have up to 3 flights of stairs down to the sand from the beach access, we have no stairs at our access. Just 100 feet straight out to the beach from the townhome....very convenient when you're traveling with small children or elderly members in your party.  

The Main Level of the townhome consists of a bright and sunny kitchen with new counters and cabinets, lots and lots of storage space & all new appliances. The dining room has a large table with seating for 6 plus 3 bar stools located at the breakfast bar. There's even a beautiful ocean view from the kitchen to gaze at as you're doing "the chores".
Among the new furnishings in the large, colorful living room is a queen size sleeper sofa, 27" color TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo-CD/Cassette player, ceiling fan, books, children's videos, games and puzzles - just in case the weather keeps you inside. Also located on the main level is a whimsically decorated half bath. 
The upper level  has a guest bedroom, which is furnished with
2 double beds. Decorated in a fun nautical theme and equipped with a 20" color TV (front A/V input jacks for game systems) and VCR, clock radio/alarm, ceiling fan and plantation blinds. There's a full bath and large linen/storage closet located in the hall just outside the guest bedroom.
The master bedroom, decorated in a funky fish theme, is furnished with a king size bed that faces the Gulf, giving you a gorgeous view of the of the ocean and has it's own full bath. Other furnishings include a 20" color TV, DVD, clock radio/alarm, ceiling fan and new vertical blinds. Enjoy a stunning, unobstructed beach/ocean view as you lounge in bed and gaze at the stars, or listen to the gentle sound of the surf.

The outside shower is conveniently located just off the deck and there are outside BBQ grills (charcoal) to cook your catch as you watch breathtaking sunsets!

Grab a fishing pole and catch dinner right off the beach, kayak in the Gulf or nearby Eastern Lake, explore the many sights along our 26 mile bike path or simply soak up the sun and enjoy the crystal clear waters that have made this area a favorite vacation spot.

Take advantage of exploring the night sky and pick out clearly defined constellations. No city lights to wash out hundreds of twinkling stars...you can actually see the Milky Way!

Take a short drive to the new Pier Park entertainment complex on Panama City Beach where you'll find 1 million square feet of shopping and entertainment including the best beach food and music at Jimmy Buffetts Margaritaville, Raggae music and Island cousine at Raggae J's Island Grill,  live country music all day at Tootsies Orchid Lounge, trivia, food and non-stop sports at Buffalo Wild Wings and much more. Shopping at national chain retailers (Dillards, Target, JC Penney, Barnes & Nobel) along with unique locally owned boutiques and specialty stores.
