Vacation Rental Description

Bleu Falcon Chalet invites guests to enjoy our beautiful ten wooded acre estate property  
with nearby amenities such as a 20 minute hike through the forest to our nearby  
waterfalls.  Five minute walk to the meadow and creeks to the north and south of the  
property.  We are about two miles from a main road tucked away in the woods, so going  
for a morning jog is an unforgettable experience as well.There are also plenty of trails  
leading up to the crest of Columbia Falls Mountain and Doris Mountain.  We also have an  
outdoor fire pit area for bonfires, plenty of Montana wildlife is all around.  We do have  
Grizzly Bears and mountain lions so carrying bear spray is recommended for hikers or  
mountain climbers. This beautifully and timelessly decorated home offers 3 bedrooms  
with quality linens such as down comforters, brocade trimmings and Egyptian cotton  
towels in the master bathroom.  The kitchen is nearly fully stocked with all the basic  
necessities of a normal kitchen, you will have to bring your own fresh produce, milk, bread  
and eggs.  The large living room with vaulted ceilings and fireplace seems cozy with large  
picture windows up to the ceiling and skylights in the loft.  We do caution parents of small  
children that are planning on staying with us since the home has a high spiral staircase  
located in the living room which could be a hazard to small children.  This home is  
designed for primarily for adults and adolescents over the age of ten because of the  
design of the staircase and the remote location and the close proximity to wildlife such as  
bears and lions.   
We put a personal touch on almost every area of the house in order to fulfull not only  
needs but also the wants of our guests in order to provide an unusual and breathtaking  
experience while visiting northwestern Montana whether it is a guest's first visit or a return  
visit.   
All fees are to paid in US dollars; 50% at the time of reservations - do not accept credit  
cards.  We charge a 500.00 refundable security deposit, a non-refundable cleaning fee  
and a reservation fee.  Please call or email us to fax you a rental contract to be authorized  
by renter and agent.   
Call and ask about our November Thanksgiving Special ~ Thanksgiving Dinner is on us for  
your weekly amount of only 1600.00 up to six occupants included.  Happy Holidays!

Bleu Falcon Chalet is a luxury VIP home or getaway located just outside Glacier National  
Park in the beautiful Great Northern Rockies.  Our home is on a beautifully wooded ten  
acre estate  setup for guests who would like to create a unique and memorable experience

Description: We are offering a Winter Carnival special. Winter Carnival is February 1 2008. Parade begins at 10     AM  
and is the kickoff to the Annual Winter Carnival in Whitefish MT 10 - 3 PM. We also have the Penguin Plunge in the  
afternoon at Whitefish Lake ~ so bring your swim suit & towel. Special off-season price $1,800.00 for the week; four  
to eight guests allowed	  
	   
*note: WEEKENDS have a 2 night Minimum stay; (based on an occupancy of 2-4 persons). 
           rates are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice!   
 
 WEEKEND rates:  FRI & SAT nights  or  SAT & SUN nights .....900.00 USD  
 THREE DAY WEEKEND: FRI, SAT, & SUN nights ....... $1,200.00 USD 
 WEEKLY rental:  Based on an occupancy of 4-8 persons, 7 days & 6 nights stay (see chart) 
 
 Additional weekend adult occupant fees: $75.00 per person per night.  
 Children 10 years old or under fees: $35.00 per person per night. 
 Infants under one year old fee:  Free or No charge  Crib is available upon request. 
 
Policies:  
It is the goal of Bleu Falcon Chalet to provide a quality of life to our guests that is as  
unique as the guests themselves.  We offer a service that will hopefully birth new  
experiences that our guests will remember for a lifetime.  Our reputation and integrity are  
the basis of our service that we proudly extend to our gurests and it is our hope to  
recipicate that from the guests as well.  We aim to make your stay a pleasureable one  
while visiting our wonderful state.  Smoking is not allowed in the house or in the woods  
whatsoever due to liability.  We provide a secure area for smokers to lounge and smoke  
outside the rental home in a designated smoking area.   
 
Optional Services:  
If a renter has any special needs such as a handicap ramp, crib or pet accomodations,  
please inquire by phone and we promise to do everything we can to meet the needs of our  
guest(s).  Bleu Falcon Chalet would be a beautiful place to hold a small ceremony or  
wedding; as owners we would be happy to offer advice in planning small events including  
contact information for planners, clergy, etc...  
*Freshen up housekeeping service:  Housekeeping service @ $45.00 hour is available. 
*House call Reflexologist Services:  Call to schedule appointment $45.00 per 1/2 hour. 
 
Deposits: 
Rental Deposit:  
50% of the total reservation cost + 7% (Montana State Accomodation Tax) will reserve your  
rental until your arrival date. These fees should be paid at least 30 days prior to the date  
the renter arrives at the property.  How to Pay?  US check or Money Order  
by priority mail should be sufficient.  Checks should be mailed payable to:

Security Deposit:  
$500.00 Security Deposit is due within 30 days prior to arrival unless last minute  
reservations ar made in which case the Security / Damage Deposit may be paid upon  
arrival or the first day of the reservation.  A security deposit is held in trust that no  
damage has occurred to the property (real or personal).  At no time shall a security deposit  
be used for general cleaning, use or wear on the property.  The sole purpose of theis type  
of deposit is to pay costs associated with excessive soiling, significant damage/breakage  
or stolen goods from the vacation rental rented at 1361 Mooring Meadow Road Columbia  
Falls, MT 59912.  Please don't worry about a minor accident such as breaking a dish; we  
understand that accidents happen.  We would only be forced to use such a security deposit  
for significant losses or losses associated with abuse, neglect or malice (e.g. windows,  
door(s), linens stolen or ruined, etc...).  
 
Pet Deposit:  
$300.00 Pet Deposit is in addition to the Security Deposit since the Pet Deposit is  
designed to cover damage caused by the presence of a VR guest's pet or animal.  We are  
careful and subjective when considering whether to allow guests with pets depending on  
the level of care and responsibility that the guests feels comfortable with.  We do not allow  
Ferrets, snakes or reptiles in our VR home due to the primal scents usually associated with  
these types of pets.  We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however we can  
also recommend some good kennels in the area for families needing such services.  We  
require all pets be walked on a leash at all times to insure the pet and owner's safety as  
well as the protection of the rental's landscaping and grounds since animal urine will  
damage the lawn/grass.  Digging dogs is another good reason why we insist on leashing  
all pets.  Dogs are a natural enemy to deer and Grizzly bears therefore it can be dangerous  
hiking in the woods with a pet.  Most bears will not attack someone with feeling  
threatened by an enemy.  dogs are a bear's worst enemy and dogs have been known to  
spur an attack.  For the safety and concern of our guests whom are considering bringing  
their pets to the property, we ask that you carefully consider the time that it will take for  
your pet to adjust to their new surroundings especially when there are so many new things  
to explore in the woods and plenty of preditors as well.  We want our guests to have a safe  
and memorable vacation with us.   
 
Refunds / Cancellations: 
If a guest cancels their reservation and we can re-rent the VR (vacation rental) to another  
guest for the same dates, we promise to refund all money paid by the guest cancelling the  
reservation within fifteen days of the re-rental without malice (no cancellation fee).  
 
No-Shows:  If a VR guest doesn'tshow up for any of the served days (partially or fully paid)  
only the Security and / or a Pet Deposit will be refunded due to the renter's responsibility  
to their committment to rent; which is no fault of the VR owner for the loss of revenue.   
Security and Pet Deposits will be returned to the renter within 15 days after the last rental  
date has expired.   
 
Security Deposits:  We will refund your Security / Damage / Pet Deposit within 15 days  
after your last rental day has expired.  Although we do not wish to make any deductions  
from your Security/Damage Deposit and these occurances are rare, we understand that the  
possibility of significant loss or damage can occur accidentally or intentually.   
 
Keys:  If a guest loses, refuses or forgets to surrender the house keys, we would be forced  
to deduct $12.00 for the cost of key replacement and this deduction would be taken from  
the Security Deposit or may be paid with cash or check at the time of departure.    
 
NEW!!  
A cleaning fee $125.00 (non-refundable) will be charged to all tenants so please do not  
launder our household linens and such, as we have a service that uses special care with
