Vacation Rental Amenities

Your Vacation Resort has all new interior furnishings. Unit 1002 has been professionally decorated.
You and family or friends will enjoy two spacious bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with a 
Queen bed. Both have pillow-top mattresses. It also has a bonus bunk room with Pillow top 
mattresses. The living room has a queen inner-spring fold-out sofa. All mattresses have Protecta Bed 
covers.

There is a covered parking garage for your vehicle. The walkway over the street is well sheltered.


WINTER RENTALS - Perfect for two couples. This unit has two spacious bedrooms plus a bunk room for 
guests. It also has two full bathrooms. Each one joins the bedroom.

The closets are large. Half of the cabinets are empty. There is an empty pantry and some storage in 
the wash room.

The wash room has large-capacity washer and dryer.

The refrigerator has ice and water available on the door.

The kitchen is fully furnished.

This unit has smoke detectors in all of the rooms, plus a sprinkler system and a building-wide alarm.

The exercise room is on the second floor.

The pool is heated for winter guests.

Activities and Attractions

Pier Park is now open.This is a short walk, just down and across the street. Try out the new 
Restaurants and shops or walk the perimeter where beautiful ponds, palm trees and walking and biking 
paths are. There are occasional concerts held outside here.

Check out EBRO race track. They had live and simulcast races now along with poker activities.

Gulf World is a short walk down the street. Shuckums' Oyster Bar is still there. The Calypso 
Restaurant is across the street. Call us for the best restaurants that we have found.

Nothing is more than five miles away. (Except EBRO). This resort is located in the middle of the 15 
miles of beach, that Panama City has to offer.

Vacation Rental Rates

April 19th – May 24th - $150 per night or $1000 per week/3 night min.

May 24th – 31st - $225 per night or $1375 per week

May 31st – June 28th - $245 per night or $1650 per week

June 28th – Aug. 9th - $1800 per week

Aug. 9th – Aug. 30th - $150 per night or $925 per week

Aug. 30th – Sept. 6th - $170 per night or $950 per week

Sept. 6th – Nov. 1st - $150 per night or $925 per week

Nov. 1st – Jan. 31st - $125 per night or $650 per week

Winter Rates:

November thru February - $1350 per month

All rates are subject to 10.5% tax. Add $75 cleaning fee for less than 7 nights.


Yearly Rate -6 weeks vacation per year, only $950 per week. Get 8 friends who enjoy the sun and sand 
as much as you. Each friend, group or family will enjoy 6 weeks, spread throughout the year for only 
$950 per week. One year contract and advance payment required.
