Vacation Rental Description

Great vacation site! 100 feet of Sandusky bay frontage.. immaculate 
modern cottages with marina and docking privileges,..NEXT TO BAY 
POINT MARINA . great views of 
Sandusky Bay and Johnsons Island, easy access to Lake Erie, close to 
many great attractions. Watch all the activity on the Bay. Jet 
ski, boat, fish from our docks. In the 
evenings sit on the large concrete 
pier, enjoy the brilliance of the lights of Cedar Point, with 
occasional firework displays. Plenty of room to roam, shade trees, a 
really beautiful place to relax and slow down the pace of life, free 
guest passes to Baypoint (sandy beach, 9 hole par 3 golf, 18 hole mini 
golf, tennis,etc) blankets and pillows provided; please bring your own 
beach towels....  security deposit required for all weekly rentals; 
this is a perfect family/large group complex right on Sandusky Bay. 7 
cottages available, 5 additional units and a house available for some 
weeks. In 2007 our brand new separate recreation room that 
sits nearest the water was completed
(kitchen, shower, bathroom, laundry room, satellite tv, tile 
floor, etc)...this 
recreation building is available to rent/use for a separate rental 
fee and the washer/dryer room can also be rented for a nominal fee if 
you rent the rec building. The
address for our property is 10538 E Bayshore Road,Marblehead,Ohio 
43440....Our grounds are nicely landscaped with many large shade 
trees, we have a horseshoe 
pit, sandbox and basketball hoop and a launch ramp

Vacation Rental Amenities

Modern,immaculate 1 and 2 bedroom cottages, air conditioned and 
heated, fully furnished, stoves, full sized refrigerators with 
freezer, dishes, cooking and eating utensils, pots and pans, microwaves,
grill, satellite tv service, toasters, coffee makers.  Very nice 
recreation building, available to rent for a separate fee, a perfect 
place to have a beverage, play cards and games, or watch satellite tv.     

THIS SITE LAST UPDATED 7/7/08 AT 9 AM.  Units 7,8,9 and 10 are one bathroom, two bedroom 
units with a sleeper sofa pullout in the combination kitchen/living area. Unit 10 
has a full bed in one bedroom and a full bed and day bed in the second bedroom and a day bed 
and 
queen sleeper sofa in the living room and sleeps 8. Unit 9 has a full bed in each of the two 
bedrooms and a full sleeper sofa in the living room and sleeps 6.Units 7 and 8 (NEW KITCHEN 
MAY 2008)
have one bathroom each and have a full bed in each of the two bedrooms and a queen sleeper 
sofa in 
the living room and each sleeps 6.Unit 5(NEW BATH MAY 2008) is a one bathroom, one bedroom 
unit with 
enclosed finished porch/sleeping area that contains a full sized bed and full sleeper 
pullout,there is a full bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper pullout in the living room and 
sleeps 
7.Unit 4 (NEW KITCHEN AND BATH MAY 2008)has one bathroom and one bedroom containing a full 
size 
bed,there is a full sleeper pullout and full futon in the living room,this unit sleeps 5 and 
has 
a kitchen. Unit 3 has one bedroom,one bathroom with a full bed in the bedroom and full sized 
futon 
in the living room,a newly remodeled kitchen and sleeps 4. Each unit has their own picnic 
table, 
additional picnic tables are located on our concrete pier. Two rowboats, without motors, are 
vailable free of charge to our guests.  In 2007 we have had guests from Canada and 12 states
(Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, North 
Carolina, 
North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania)...IN 2008 guests from 9 states have booked with us.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rentals Available April 26-October 25: $875 per week from June 
21-August 23,2008...April 
26-June 7 and September 2-October 25 the rate drops to $615
per week(except for memorial day weekend) ..... Check in Saturdays 
3pm...Check out Saturdays 10:00am ,unless previous arrangements have 
been made
We also offer 3 and 4 night stays....
