range, and chipping and putting greens. This one story single
family home with 3 bedrooms, two baths and garage overlooks 16th
hole of the Old Hickory Golf Club. Note, 3rd bedroom is set up as a
den with television, VCR, DVD and full-size pull out bed. Over 1800
sq. ft. of deluxe accommodations await your visit. Have a cocktail
on the lanai while wading in your pool or relax after a long day of
golf or sightseeing in the Jacuzzi.

This is a manned gated community located near I-75 and Southwest
International Airport. The Old Hickory Clubhouse features a gourmet
full-service restaurant and lounge, saunas and of course a pro shop.
Surrounding the clubhouse, you'll find a heated junior size Olympic
swimming pool with heated jacuzzi, tennis courts and a well equipped
exercise room. Each rental offers amenities membership with a
nominal fee.

Old Hickory is located off Daniel's Parkway and offers convenient
access to health care services, hospital, regional airport,
shopping, sports arena, and fabulous restaurants. Also just a short
drive are the white sandy beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel
Island
and Captiva Island.

Your house includes 2 bedrooms with den (one queen, two twins,
double pull out in den), 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast
nook off kitchen, dining room, wash/dryer, linens, towels, air
conditioning, cable, TV, VCR, DVD, internet and garage. Fully
screened lanai with pool and Jacuzzi. Ceiling fans throughout
house,
including lanai and 9 foot ceilings.

Community includes 25,000 sq.ft club house, with dining and bar
lounge, pro shop, swimming pool, 3 lighted tennis courts and fitness
center.

Unfortunately, the Old Hickory community does not allow pets in
their rental properties.

Activities On Site- Golf, Olympic size pool, clubhouse facilities,
tennis, exercise room and fitness center.
Activities Off site - outstanding arts, entertainment, restaurants,
beaches and shopping are all within easy driving distance of Old
Hickory. Drive to Fort Myers Beach, featuring Big M Casino boat,
also short distance to Seminole Casino in Immokalee. Captiva and
Sanibel Island, Naples and Marco Island are all close by.

Monthly Rates include fully furnished luxurious accommodations, use
of club facilities, pay as you play golf with transfer fee,
cable including HBO and other premium channels, electric, local
phone, internet access and basic cleaning at
end of stay.

Any Cancellations must be made within 60 days of rental period.
Hold and security deposit- 700.00 to hold reservation and roll into
security deposit. Deposit returnable at end of stay.
