Vacation Rental Description

Our Cottage/2nd Home is located on Beautiful All Sports Long Lake.
It has 110 feet of Private sandy lake frontage. The cottage is fully
equiped for year around living: washer,dryer,dishwasher,tv,dvd, 
sheets,pillows,etc. The inside has vaulted 18 foot ceilings and more 
glass space than wall space for beautiful lake views.Right out the 
rear doorwalls is a 40 foot wrap around deck with a propane BBQ grill
and picnic table. Outside is a firepit for evening enjoyment, a 
rowboat for your use, a dock, and a 10 foot by 10 foot swim raft for 
hours of swimming fun. The lake is 1/2 mile wide and 2 miles long 
making it the perfect waterskiing lake. Long lake is RATED the 
CLEANEST lake in Michigan and is stocked with Walleye. It also has 
pike,bass,perch and bluegill. It is surrounded by beautiful pine and 
birch trees and has very little water traffic. Our cottage is 
located at the end of a culdesac on a paved road. We have virtually 
no road traffic. Great for bike riding or walks. ENJOY.

Washer, dryer, dishwasher,coffe maker, toaster oven, stove, 
microwave,dishes, glasses, utensils, sheets, pillows, propane BBQ, 
firepit, rowboat, dock, swimraft, quiet culdesac, and more.

Only 10 miles to Cheboygan and a major hospital if needed.

Activities and Attractions

Our cottage is only 10 miles south of the quaint town of Cheboygan 
for shopping, parks, and beutiful great lake views. You can even see 
the Mackinaw bridge. There are plenty of golf courses nearby and ORV 
trails are just down our street. Swimming, waterskiing, fishing,  
relaxing, is at our doorstep.

Petosky-40 miles,  parks,shopping, site seeing
Harbor springs-35 miles,  shopping, site seeing, skiing

Vacation Rental Rates

Sept. thru early june  $800.00 wk

June 7th, 14th, and 21st $1000.00 wk

June 28th thru August 30th $1200.00 wk

50% Deposit due with reservation, balance due 2 weeks prior to 
rental period.
Check in: Sat. 3:00pm   Check out Sat. 11:00am 
Cancellations: No Charge, if I can re-rent your time.
