sofas in living room, full bath with tub and shower, deck with ocean view.  Washer and Dryer.  
Private features include fenced yard, enclosed outdoor shower (hot & cold), off-street parking for 2 
cars.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central Air, gourmet kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 
bath.  Well-stocked, TV with expanded cable, DVD and VCR, deck with ocean view, beautifully furnished

Activities and Attractions

Near beach, boat rentals, PGA-rated golf courses, fishing, water 
sports (jet ski, kayak, etc.).  Near great night spots and 
restaurants as well as fresh seafood markets and bakeries.  
Restaurants vary from fast-food to gourmet and available in every 
flavor and price range!  Near family fun spots, including miniature 
golf, ice cream parlors, movies, boardwalk, and shops.  Owner 
offers preferred contact with service providers for on-site 
catering, on-site massages, house decoration and pantry-stocking 
services, internet access, maid services, linen services, and 
cleaning services.

Vacation Rental Rates

Available for weekly rental June-August and rental of at least 2 
nights during the rest of the year.

Weekly rates range from $800-1700.  Highest in August.

Nightly rates range from $150-220per night, 2 night minimum 
(holiday weekends are the highest)
