Beautiful 3rd floor oceanfront condo on the Gulf of Mexico.  Located 
on beautiful, quaint Anna Maria Island, just north of Longboat Key & 
Sarasota.  Enjoy drinks & meals while watching the ever changing Gulf 
and its beautiful sunsets. With your unobstructed views of the Gulf 
you can watch the blue herons and all the other birds that come to 
nest for the winter....and if you are lucky, see a live dolphin show 
right out front.

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 bedrooms, 2 baths.  Master suite comes with queen-size bed, master 
bathroom with a separate sink area and walk-in closet.  The large 2nd 
guest room comes with a queen-size bed and walk-in closet as well. The 
3rd guest room consists of 2 twin beds.  Fully equipped kitchen includes  
microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Cable TV. Use of a Weber grill. 
 
Own covered/enclosed garage. 1 large heated swimming pools.  Tennis  
court.

Activities and Attractions

Quiet, beautiful white sandy beach - great for walking. Fishing right 
out front or at the nearby Holmes Beach pier. Golf, shopping, kayaking 
and much more. Come and discover quaint, beautiful Anna Maria Island!

Vacation Rental Rates

$3800.00 to $4500.00 per month.  $300 security deposit.  No smoking.
