Vacation Rental Description

Privately owned. This newly renovated 2 bedroom lakefront house offers a wonderful casual  
atmosphere.  Located in on a small cove just off a main branch of the lake, you will have direct  
access to the most quiet parts of the lake.  The large deck offers a relaxing place to enjoy your  
beautiful view. Fish are plentiful.  The quietness of the lake allows unlimited water sports. 
     Two bedrooms, sleeps 6. Master bedroom contains queen size bed and 2nd bedroom contains bunk bed 
with double and single bunks. Pull out couch and plenty of floor space.

parlor, one stop light, unique gift shops and restaurants will give you a place to spend your  
evenings. Quiet and peaceful.

Vacation Rental Rates

$700.00 per week (except)+ $75.00 cleaning fee. 
$950.00 per week, weeks including Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Lake Fest +$75.00 cleaning  
fee. 
 
$200.00 per weekend + $75.00 cleaning fee. 
 
Pet Fee if applicable. 
$200.00 deposit required to hold date. Deposit is required within 10 calendar days of booking a date.  
Balance is due 14 days prior to rental. Money orders and overnight mail can be individually arranged  
if time is consideration by calling owner.  
 
Check-In    3:00               Check-Out           12:00 (Noon)
