These condos are the newest development on the water. Just North of 
The London Bridge, Kingsview condos have a beach for boat/jet-ski 
parking, beautiful water views, and walk to English Village and 
shops! Great convenient location just off HWY 95 (not on island). 
This condo is located in the front/beach building on third level.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This new 2 bed/2 bath condo has granite counters in the kitchen, 
stainless-steel appliances, and fully furnished and professionally 
decorated by Micheal Allen. Including sectional couch with pull-out 
sleeper, 1 king bed, 1 queen, dining room with 8 chairs, bar stools, 
etc. It is located in the beach front building 3rd level -no steps 
from your car to the front door!

Also TV's in all bedrooms with cable and DVD players, laundry 
machines,sheets,towels,pot/pans,etc. Large water view deck with gas 
BBQ. Complex has gated parking, pool, and trailer parking.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily mid-week:     $200/night (Sun-Thurs) 
Daily weekends:     $250/night (Fri-Sat) 
Holidays:           $350/night (3 night min. Fri,Sat,Sun) 
(Memorial,4th July,Labor Day)

Monthly rates: Summer - $3,000  (May,June,July,Aug,Sept)
               Winter - $2,100  (Oct-April)

Weekly rates:  Summer - $1,300   (7 nights)

$500.00 refundable security deposit to reserve stay, plus $80 
cleaning fee. Payments by money order, cashiers check or personal 
check. (Check must clear before stay)
