The Condominium is a classically decorated and furnished unit consisting of a comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen nook with two bedrooms, one bath and an all window view, wicker decor sunroom. Positioned on the second floor corner location, the end unit offers window views throughout and a cozy veranda balcony off the master bedroom.  Furnishings include: appliances, utensils and all necessities to meet your living needs. Also for the stay at home times, the unit has a television, CD/ radio and DVD player is to make your vacation stay convenient and entertaining.

The Community grounds offers an array of functions, activities and amenities at the Fairfax Club that include: a large size swimming pool with newly remodeled showers and baths, and such games and activities as shuffleboard and Bache ball, picnic area with table and chairs and barbeque grills.

The Club House and hall with a full kitchen is open for gatherings, parties and various functions. The facilities also offer free Internet connections along with books and a video library. Ample parking is available on site and laundry facilities are located within the

• January, Febuary, March- $ 2,600 /month
• April, May, June- $1,200 /month
• July, August, September-$1,100/month
