Gulf of Mexico!

This beautiful 2nd floor corner unit has windows facing north and
west as well as sliding glass doors in the living room and master
bedroom for you to walk onto your balcony. There, you can sit and
enjoy fabulous unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, hear the
waves breaking against the beach, see the gorgeous sunsets and feel
the Gulf breeze.

Inside, enjoy wood floors in the living room, dining area and hall.
The bedrooms are newly carpeted. The kitchen has new tile floors,
new cabinets, dishwasher and stove. The kitchen is fully equipped
with small appliances, including microwave, toaster oven and blender
and is supplied with service for 8 - dishes, glasses and silverware
as well as pots and pans, utensils and kitchen towels.

Lines are supplied for both the master bedroom King size bed and
twin beds in the second bedroom. Two full baths provide the choice
of a shower or bathtub. An ample supply of towels are available for
bathing as well as beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. A
washer/dryer is in the unit for your convenience. New air
conditioning/heating keeps you comfortable year around. The dining
table seats 6 with room for more.

TVs in the living room and master bedroom are equipped with Cable.
There is a stereo for your listening pleasure.

Telephone service includes free local and long distance within the
US and Canada. An answering machine is available for your use.

The lobby is manned by a security guard. It is open and spacious
with restrooms and sauna off the lobby.

If you don't want to get sand between your toes, there is a large
pool and whirlpool as well as lighted tennis court.

Parking for 2 vehicles is included.

Restaurants, shopping, bicycle rental, boat tours, sailing, jet
skis, wind surfing, parasailing, fishing charters, boat rentals,
municipal piers, Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches and much much
more are close by. A nature preserve is across the street.

Tampa Airport is 25 miles from the front door. Bush Gardens &
Fort DeSoto are a 30 minute drive. Orlando - Disney World, Epcot,
Universal Studio, Sea World - a mere 90 minute drive.
