  Living room has a leather sectional couch, with tv and vcr/dvd 
player. Carpeted dining/living room.

  Fully applianced kitchen equipped with refrigerator with ice maker. Microwave, coffee 
maker, blender, dishwasher, garbage disposal, clothes washer and 
dryer.     

Vacation Rental Amenities

 Rental includes all utilities, phone with unlimited long distance.High speed internet. Two pools 
walking and biking trails, and cable television. Many new and exciting restaurants are located on 
PGA Boulevard. The River House, Seasons 52, Carmines's Ocean Grille and Spoto's just to name a few.

  Many public golf courses nearby. Honda classic at the Pga 
National through 2013. Convenient to several area malls. Downtown, 
Midtown, and the Gardens mall, all within 3 miles.Upscale shopping on Worth Avenue Palm 
Beach, the "Rodeo Drive" of the East. Watersports, and area beaches,Juno Beach, Jupiter beach and 
Singer Island are close by. Boat tours and rentals at Sailfish Marina, and the PGA Marina Center, 
located on the Intracoastal,on PGA Boulevard. Visit The legendary Breakers Hotel, Flagler museum, 
and Kravis Center for the performing arts. Banking and supermarkets(several to choose from) 
Baseball spring training close by. 20 minutes to City Place W. Palm Beach,with numerous

  January Feb. March April $4,000 month
  May through October $1,500 month

  minimum rental is 1 month. Rates are through 2009
  Special package rate for early booking in 2009, with a minimum 2 month rental
  security deposit $1,500 (refundable)
  $120 departure cleaning fee
