baths, 2 car garage, family room, central air and heating,
totally furnished, cable TV, Internet connection. Separate area 
bedrooms, provided with all the linens, pillows etc., glassware, 
dishware, and all utensils.

Beautiful Lake Grassy (520 acres), public Golf course within minutes 
from house, boat house with deck around the canal, 1 hour 30 minutes 
from Orlando and Disney World, also Tampa. 12 minutes from Sebring 
Mall, for shopping, restaurants, movie theatres, famous Sebring 
Grand Prix Racetrack, festivals and flea markets.
Close to lake park and boat ramp.   

Activities and Attractions

Bing your boat canoe or jet sky, fishing from the back yard, or the 
Lake, sky the 520 acres lake, enjoy a pool table, BBQ, and many 
other activities.

$1600.00 May-October 
$2000.00 November-April

Included first USD$100.00 towards electric bill. Anything over, is 
paid by the renter.

Deposit is required to hold reservation. Final payment must be
received on the date of arrival.
