Vacation Rental Rates

May 3 to June 28, 2008 (Sat. to Sat.)   U.S. $ 1500/week
June 29 through September 6, 2008  (Sat. to Sat.) US. $2000/week
September 6 through October 26,2008 (Sat. to Sat.)           US $1500/week

50% deposit required to reserve.
Full payment due 30 days prior to date of arrival.
5% discount on bookings of two weeks or more
US$ $500 damage deposit (refundable)

Cancellation policy: 
Over 60 days prior to arrival, full refund of deposit less $50 if
credit card was used for payment.
Between 30 and 60 days of arrival date, deposit less $100 is
refundable if replacement rental is available.  
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival date, fees are non 
refundable.
