fully applianced kitchen and breakfast bar. The living room has a
pull-out queen sofa bed. Bedroom has queen bed and cable TV.
Bathroom has both a full shower and a separate shower/tub. The sun
room has a dining table and the balcony off the sun room offers a
partial side ocean view; the balcony is a relaxing place to sit and listen to the sounds of the surf and the wind rustling through the palm trees.  Take a dip in the
beautiful heated oceanside pool, or soothe tired muscles in the
jacuzzi. The resort boardwalk connects the pool to a spectacular
private stretch of beach with warm waters, rolling waves and soft
sand. The resort area also includes a beautifully furnished, air-
conditioned club house.

tennis, raquetball, basketball, shuffleboard. Minimal cost of
$1/hour to use these facilities.

Pier, home of the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, or you can sample the
many unique area restaurants. (We managed to sample quite a few the
last time we were there and can give some good tips to anyone
interested)

Orland Airport and the Disney parks are 45 minutes away. The
highway makes it an easy trip - none of the congested, stop and go
traffic experienced accessing the parks from the Orlando area.
Golfers can choose from over 15 beautiful courses, all located
within 30 miles.

Our condo will provide you with all the comforts of home while you
decide whether to take advantage of the unique local activities or
enjoy the amenities of the resort. For ocean lovers, this is it -
you can wake up with nothing planned other than to walk to the
beach, ride the waves on your boogie board, or pick up shells along
miles and miles of spectacular coastline. The day can end with a
relaxing swim in the pool or just watching the moon rise over the
water - BEAUTIFUL.

$799.00-$899.00 per week in season and $550.00per week off season.
The 11% Florida state tax and cleaning are included in the price.
