Our 3 bed/2 bath villa is situated on Lakeside Estate in Kissimmee
It is approx 20 minutes from Orlando Airport and all major theme
parks.Lakeside Estate is a quiet residential neighbourhood with a
mix of rental and private properties.
This is a no pets, no smoking villa

The villa consists of a master bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom
which
has a large shower area and also large walk-in dressing room.1
double bedded room and 1 twin bedded room both with fitted
wardrobes.The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.There are 2
lounges one of which has a television/DVD/VCR Fully fitted kitchen
with
fridge/freezer,electric cooker,microwave,dishwasher and waste
disposal.The 2 car garage also houses the washing machine and
tumbler dryer.The pool is solar heated and is fully enclosed and is
south facing

Payment can only be accepted in GB pounds or US dollars OR PAY PAL
A security bond of £100 or $150 US is required which will be
returned 1 month after the holiday providing our agent does not
report any damage whatsoever
