Vacation Rental Rates

Spring Break:  March 11, 2007 - April 13, 2007 $1,290/week

Late Spring:  April 14, 2007 - May 18, 2007  $945/week

Summer Peak:  May 19, 2007 -  Aug. 24, 2007  $1, 545/week

Late Summer:  Aug. 25, 2007 - Oct. 12, 2007 $1,275/week

                Note:  Please check on monthly rates after September.

Late Fall to Early Winter:  Oct. 13, 2007 - Dec. 28, 2007 $945/week

Winter:  Dec. 29, 2007 - Mar. 10, 2008 $850/week

 There will be an 11% Florida tax tax and $100 cleaning fee on all 
rental units.

bookings. 

Deposit:  We require a $300.00 Reservation/Security Deposit which
will be refunded within 30 days if there is no damage.
