Central location! Walk to restaurants, shopping, Putt Putt, Big Kahunas Water Park, and of course the beach. Our condo will make you feel like royalty. Everything has just been renovated and is new. All new tile floors throughout, new paint, new cabinetry, new appliances, new counter tops, new linens, new designer furniture. Very Clean. Everything you need is here. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, toaster, blender, microwave, new stove/oven, new refrigerator/freezer, silverware, etc...just like home. The king size bed is new and very comfortable and we supply the bed linens which are very luxurious. There is a large dresser, two nightstands w/storage, and a wardrobe so pack as much as you like although Destin is a very casual town. The master bath is spacious and includes an new sink, counter top and cabinetry. We supply luxury bath towels for you as well. Please bring your beach towels. The beach is right across the street!

The three pools are surrounded by gorgeous landscaping featuring native plants, flowers, and of course plenty of beautiful palm trees. The entire development surrounds a beautiful spring fed, fresh water lake which has a catch and release policy. There is a clubhouse on site that overlooks the lake and has a foot bridge which is great for walks or throwing in a line. There are four tennis courts. Two are newly resurfaced. Storage is available if you would like to bring your boat, jet skis, trailer, or motorcycle for a small fee. There is an on site laundry located next to one of the pools so you can swim while your laundry is going.
