Vacation Rental Description

This is a very comfortable and private studio located in a paradise- 
like environment in the East part of San Diego, minutes away from  
everything San  
Diego has to offer. The studio is totally independent in the  
secluded backyard of a 6000 SQF exclusive single floor Californian  
home. It overlooks an inviting sparkling pool, and a resort-like  
waterfall. It is very quiet and will provide you with the most  
peaceful and serene vacation.  
 
 
The studio is completely new, it was totally remodeled in 2007-2008.  
It has a full size fully equipped kitchen and is fully furnished  
with taste and attention to your comfort. It is air conditioned, has  
its own patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ. It is a perfect  
retreat for singles, couples or small families. You have direct  
access of course to the private heated pool. 
 
Bedding Information: One queen-size bed. There is a Full Size Futon  
as extra bedding.

Maximum Occupancy:  Limited to 3 persons (2 adults and 1 child) 
 
Location: 15-20 minutes from San Diego Airport. The property is  
inland San Diego , at only 15 minutes from Gaslamp quarter, and at  
15 to 20 minutes from everything San Diego has to offer. The East  
part of San Diego has a  
unique micro-climate, with longer sunny days than coastal areas.  
With no marine layer, and much less humidity than along the coast,  
this little tropical paradise makes your living much more pleasant  
and enjoyable. 
 
Policies: 
 
*Payment Options: Wire, Personal/Business/Cashier's Check, Cash,  
Money Order, Credit cards (Visa/MC/Discover), Paypal. 
*Rentals have a three-night minimum. 
*No smoking anywhere on the property, No pets are allowed 
*Check-in after 3:00 p.m.  Check-out by 10:00 a.m. If possible, we  
can accommodate your arrival and departure time to your convenience. 
*A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental rates. There is  
no tax due for stays of one month or longer. 
*The security deposit of $200 is  
refundable shortly after departure if key is returned and premises  
are left in acceptable condition. 
*Quiet hours are between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.  Noise ordinances  
are strictly enforced, since the property is located in a strictly  
residential and exclusive neighborhood. 
 
Cancellations and Refunds:  Cancellation fee is $150, if cancelled  
at least 60 days before scheduled arrival. No refund is possible  
during the last 60 days before arrival.   
 
Deposits:  One-half of the total rent is due at time of booking.  
Balance is due at least 30 days  
prior to arrival, and can be paid by check, Money Order, Paypal or  
credit card (Visa/MC/Discover)

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season (Sept 2 - May 31, 2009) $120/night $720/week (3 nights  
minimum) for 2 people. $20.00 per day additionnal per extra person. 
Monthly special: $2500.00 (All Tax and Fees included, for 2 people)) 
 
Peak Season (Until Sept 1, 2008 and after June 1st, 2009) $150/night $900/week - (3  
nights minimum) for 2 people 
$30.00 per day additionnal per extra person 
Monthly special: $3000.00 (All Tax and Fees included, for 2 people) 
 
Cash, Money Order, Check, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover 
City Tax is 10.5%. One time Cleaning Fee: $75.00
