This very private 5 acre home is situated just off highway 101 on  
the north mountain in Black Rock (Waterville)near the Bay of Fundy.  
Only minutes from Harborville, a quaint fishing village and only 10  
minutes to the local town of Berwick, a 20 minute scenic drive to  
the thriving town of Kentville and another ten minutes to New Minas,  
the area's sprawling shopping district, everything you will need is  
easily accessible. The drive there is well worth it, too, while you  
view the timeless, pastoral beauty of cows and horses lazing and  
grazing in the meadows.

Vacation Rental Amenities

With a temperate climate much like Cape Cod, Massachusetts and  
spectacular changes of seasons, travelers should not miss the  
opportunity to explore this picturesque and unique area of Nova  
Scotia, where amethyst and quartz can be found on the rocky shores  
of the Bay of Fundy, and all sorts of fresh fish and shellfish from  
the Atlantic can be purchased during summer for grilling on your  
very own outdoor fire pit. There is a spring fed frog pond on the  
property, too, a great place to explore and commune with nature.

A 33 percent non-refundable deposit required to secure booking. 
 
A $500.00 security deposit to be held until premises can be  
inspected after checkout. 
 
Security deposit to be returned within 15 days of checkout. 
 
Check-in after 3 PM Saturday.  Check-out before 10 AM Saturday. 
 
Long term winter rental available from October 1, 2007 to June 30,  
2008 for $1,000/mo. plus utilities.
