If you have a pet, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $100.00 per
animal. We love animals.
There must be a $250.00 refundable deposit to secure your date. This
will be returned within 10 to 14 days of your check out.

Shell and shark tooth hunting, pelican and seagull watching, and the
peace and quiet that will impress you as you listen to the ocean
lull you to sleep each night. Every morning, wake and sit on your
deck and view the ocean as you drink your morning coffee. Walk your
pets on the beach at sunrise or take a romantic stroll as the sun
sets in the west. History is everywhere in Fernandina Beach, the old
Fort Clinch is a bike ride away, and a stoll down Centre Street will
take you back to the day when our port was bustling with ship
bringing over imports from foreign lands. There are 50 historial
home on the tours.

This is a very quite, undiscovered, little town that has a water
park, puttputt golf,and at least 8 famous golf courses, including
the Ritz Carlton course. However, there is no commerical activity
near the beach. Tennis courts are located in the beautiful Central
Park along with swimming pools and Greenways to investigate.
There are outdoor restaurants with beautiful views enhancing the
great food and music within walking distance. Brand new skate park
for the kids. It is a great park.

Best Deal On The Beach!!!! Only 50 footsteps from the beach with an
outdoor deck with oceanview.
Family style home with everything but beach towels that will make
your beach stay relaxing and enjoyable. Historic Amelia Island will
welcome your peaceful existance, as you wander down its sleepy
streets with no rush. Phone, if you want it, TV/VCR, king size bed
and two twins, pull out sofa bed. Fully stocked kitchen, linens
provided and washer and dryer available. A wonderful green lawn for
your pets enjoyment and bike trails for you to exercise with
alligators and natures best provided by Fort Clinch State Park.
